Derwent Inktense Pencils combine intense colour with a translucent effect. Dry, the colour is pure and vibrant but just add water and wash the colour out completely to leave a beautiful ink-like effect. Once dry the colour is permanent and can be worked over with other media. Just Add Water!
Derwent Watercolour Pencils can be used like a traditional colour pencil but just add water and the colour is transformed from bold and vibrant into delicate watercolour washes. The new softer texture means the colour transfers to the paper quickly and easily and the washes go a lot further.
Derwent Graphitint Pencil can be used dry to provide just a subtle tint of colour mixed with the graphite but just add water and the colour explodes into rich vibrant colour.
Derwent Aquatone is pure water-soluble paint in a stick and is incredibly versatile. It can be used wet or dry and is ideal for laying down broad sweeps of colour in an instant.
Simply peel off the protective wrapper and apply Aquatone directly to the paper on its side. Also, use Aquatone like a palette and lift colour directly from the stick with a damp paintbrush.
