Call in to WBS, Newport between 10.30am and 12.30pm on Tuesday 8th April to see artist Karen Coulson demonstrate Derwent products!
Karen will be using our popular range of Inktense pencils and blocks which can also be used on fabrics like silk and cotton, and the bold and messy XL Graphite and XL Charcoal blocks. She will also demonstrate a range of cool accessories that create great effects on artwork.

Karen has been drawing for as long as she can remember so it was a natural progression into becoming a professional artist working solely in pencil. Her love of animals and fine detail has lead to her drawing mostly wildlife subjects, enjoying the textures and pattern of fur and feather. Karen exhibits nationally and has won awards for her coloured pencil work. She is a gold signature member of the UK Coloured Pencil Society. She is a qualified tutor and works as a demonstrator and runs workshops for the Cumberland Pencil Company. She also runs classes for HCC in Hampshire Libraries and Hilliers Arboretum. www.karencoulson.co.uk
