Derwent Coloursoft has been one of the most successful new art pencils launched in recent years and Derwent are delighted to announce a new addition to this popular range - the Coloursoft Collection. This stylish tin, featuring 3 newly commissioned drawings by Tiffany Budd, contains 30 Coloursoft pencils and a wide assortment of accessories which will not only ensure your pencils are well cared for but will also add to your creative enjoyment.

The new Collection tin is the ideal introduction to Coloursoft -The UK’s softest ever colour pencil. With its velvety soft core it releases rich, dense colour at a stroke and its softness makes it perfect for mixing and blending. Despite this Coloursoft pencils sharpen to a fine point making them equally good for detailed illustrations, bold contemporary still-life drawings or portraiture.

In addition to 30 Coloursoft pencils the Collection contains 7 complementary accessories all designed to help you get the most from your art. A blender – which allows you to blend two or more colours together to create a third; a burnisher – for achieving a rich polished finish; a paper stump to help make blending easier; a sandpaper block- ideal for creating the perfect angle on your pencil and cleaning your paper stump! Two erasers, a kneadable one for creating highlights and a plastic one for removing unwanted pigment and finally a metal sharpener to help you keep that fine point!

The new Coloursoft Collection tin is available from all good art shops at £39.99 RRP
