Kids can enjoy the magic of mixing paint with water with our Lakeland watercolour pencils. The painting range are water-soluble colour pencils. To create watercolour illustrations, draw a picture normally, then brush over with a wet paintbrush. Can be used dry on paper or on wet paper to achieve more intense colours.
